Who we are and what these terms cover
Alphai is the business of Robert Manole. These terms cover the use of the alphai.it website and the relationship with anyone who asks for a service: websites, custom virtual assistants and SEO, plus the experimental tools shown in the Lab. For each job the written quote and these terms apply; if the quote says something different, the quote wins.
Using the site
The site is informational. You may use it and contact us freely. You may not use it for unlawful activity, to overload it or try to break into our systems, nor send through the form offensive content, spam or other people's data without the right to do so.
Quotes and contract
Nothing on the site is a binding offer. A free call creates no obligations. The contract begins when you accept the quote in writing; the quote states what is included, timing and price. Changes requested after acceptance can change timing and price, agreed in writing first.
Prices and payment
Prices are in the quote. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is paid at the start and the balance on delivery. Taxes are shown in the quote. Late payment can pause work and delivery and carries statutory interest.
Timing and cooperation
Delivery dates also depend on you: texts, images, access and feedback on the agreed schedule. If they are missing, dates move accordingly.
Intellectual property
After full payment you receive the right to use the sites and materials made for you. Generic code, tools and reusable components remain Alphai's, and third-party libraries keep their licences. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you refuse in writing. Images, texts and trademarks you give us must be yours or usable: you are responsible for them.
Artificial intelligence
The site assistant and the ones we build use third-party AI models. Answers may contain errors and are not legal, tax or professional advice. We help you set them up and reduce errors, but cannot guarantee they are always right. ALPHA and the Lab tools are experimental and are provided as they are.
Warranties and liability
We work with care, but cannot guarantee specific commercial results such as Google ranking, number of enquiries or sales: they depend on many factors outside our control. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, Alphai's liability to a client is limited to the amount paid for the service that caused the damage. We are not liable for outages of third-party services (hosting, email, AI models, calendar).
Withdrawal and consumers
If you act as a professional or company, the accepted quote binds both sides: if you stop the work, you pay for what is already done. If you are a consumer, you have the rights of the Italian Consumer Code, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, which is lost for services fully performed with your consent before it expires. When needed, we give you the information the law requires.
Confidentiality and personal data
We keep the information you give us for the project confidential. For personal data the privacy policy applies; if for your project we process your clients' data, we sign a data processing agreement with you.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. For disputes with professionals and companies, the court of the controller's place of residence has jurisdiction. For consumers, the consumer's own court under the law remains. Before going to court we try to settle by writing to each other.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms: the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes do not alter quotes already accepted. Questions: info@alphai.it.
