01Can I update the website after launch?
Yes. We agree which content needs to be editable and hand over the access you need.
02Do you write the copy too?
We can turn your existing material into clear website copy, or work with content you already have.
03How long does it take to build the website?
A simple website is online in 7-14 days from gathering the copy, photos and price list. If a more complex structure is needed we say so straight away, with times and phases agreed before we start.
04Who manages the domain and hosting?
We do, renewal included: they are part of the monthly fee. The terms if you switch or close the service are agreed in writing before we start.
05What does the monthly fee include?
Hosting and domain, security certificate, automatic backups, security updates and up to 2 small changes a month to the price list, hours, photos and copy. New major sections or a redesign are assessed separately.
06Can you connect bookings, a CRM or other tools?
Yes, once we confirm the tool offers a suitable integration. Feasibility and any external costs are made clear before development.
